We loved our afternoon here. Friendly staff and the gardens are brilliantly planned. Cafe in a glass house. Walled garden. Fountains. It’s a great day out.

A beautiful garden in a beautiful setting. Lovely cafe in the old greenhouse with outside seating. Scrumptious cakes but a very limited light bites lunch menu.

Beautiful gardens and cafe situated in the green houses. The village has some lovely walking routes, with one down to the lake and via the local pub.

Very elegant gardens - a lovely afternoon surrounded by gorgeous flowers, finely laid beds, lawns and some interesting sculptures.

Just the most beautiful gardens at a private home. There was a sculpture display which added interest.
Restrooms: Lovely and clean.

Beautiful gardens which had three added bonus of a sculpture exhibition in the grounds when we went. Fantastic views across the countryside, good plants for sale. The cafe has a short menu but the food was freshly prepared and very good. Heard someone say they thought it pricy but considering the staff work from a tiny, hot room and make everything to order, we thought it very good. Would have loved to go back for the watercolor class but it was that but too far.

Nice small gardens of a country house. Well maintained although not in full bloom yet. Lots of daffodils and bluebells. Great place for a picnic. A slope for small children to roll down on a nice day too. Toilets at the back of the house and a drinks and rolls van in the small car park. Gravel paths, steps and slopes.
